Thanks to everyone who came out to support team Avitus Group on a chilly, rainy day at Zoo Montana September 16, 2017. Team Avitus Group helped raise money and awareness for RMHBDA – the Rocky Mountain Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders Association. The team raised more than $3400 to support those with bleeding disorders in the Rocky Mountain region. The walk raised a total of around $55,000.

The walk was a family event with many kids activities including face painters, food, a climbing wall, a scavenger hunt and loads of giveaways and games.

Thousands of Americans live with serious bleeding disorders and the Rocky Mountain Bleeding Disorders Association raises money on their behalf to help  fund critical research to find better treatments and cures for bleeding disorders and help prevent complications through education and patient assistance. RMHBDA was founded in May 2000, as a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit service and consumer advocacy organization to support and educate those affected by and involved in the treatment of bleeding disorders. The organization works throughout Montana and Wyoming, where there are currently no disease-specific treatment centers.
