EEOC Issues COVID-19 Guidance to Employers

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOS) has revised its guidance to employers on COVID-19 and the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and other EEO Laws. The updated information addresses COVID-19 screening questions, confidentiality of medical information, reasonable accommodations and more.
