Application Skills Testing

You want be confident your new hire has the ability to perform the tasks required for a position with your company.  When you take advantage of our pre-employment skills assessment and testing service, you’ll know your employee has the right skills for the job at hand, improving the likelihood you’ll be satisfied and your new employee will be too.

While the assessments themselves are comprehensive and designed to evaluate even the most technical skills, using the system is as easy as it is effective. Prospective candidates input their email address, and login information is sent to them electronically.  Candidates have 7 days to complete the assessments from the date on which access is provided. Assessment results are confirmed, then delivered via email to the hiring manager for review.
