Families First Coronavirus Response Act: Employer Paid Leave Requirements

The Families First Coronavirus Response Act is requiring companies with fewer than 500 employees to provide paid sick or family leave resulting from COVID-19. These include the employee being quarantined due to COVID-19 symptoms, providing care to an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 or when the employee is unable to work due to childcare considerations relating to the disease.  More details are available in this release from the U.S. Department of Labor.
