Stender and a team of Avitus Group and The Growth Company (an Avitus Group Company) safety experts presented active shooter training at the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce’s Make it Monday Forum following the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history in Las Vegas. More than 100 from the business community attended the training to learn more about what to do in an active shooter situation, how to prepare and take pro-active measures to train staff.
