Director of Human Resources and Safety Management Ryan Braley is set to inform and educate the Montana Petroleum Marketers Association members on the important HR news surrounding small businesses.
“The focus of this year’s conference is tools for small businesses, inspired by the smaller retailers in our group,” says Brad Longcake, Executive Director of the Montana Petroleum Marketers Association.
The Montana Petroleum Marketers Association exists to serve as the advocate and information resource for the convenience store operators and petroleum marketers in Montana. Its mission is to be the association of choice for the convenience store operators and petroleum marketers in Montana.

Director of Human Resources and Safety Management Ryan Braley is presenting to the members of the Montana Petroleum Marketers Association beginning at 2:30 PM. The training will focus on educating small businesses about important Human Resources issues surrounding millennials and social media usage.
Ryan Braley has been the Director of Human Resource and Risk Management for Avitus Group for more than 16 years. Throughout his career, Ryan has counseled hundreds of employee/employer situations, managed Wrongful Discharge cases, settled both federal and state EEOC complaints, written employee handbooks and managed the challenged HR/Workers Compensation/ADA minefield, otherwise known as the Bermuda Triangle. In addition to these complex HR issues, Ryan has guided companies through difficult wage and hour audits, challenging harassment cases, as well as written policy manuals and provided numerous management training seminars.
